What You Will Contribute: The Site Quality Manager is responsible for leading and improving Badger Meter's quality systems, driving product and process quality, and supporting Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Environmental, and Continuous Improvement initiatives. This role partners across the organization to ensure consistent quality performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead site quality systems, including Internal Audits, Calibration, NCMR/CAR/CAPA, and QAS standards. Support New Product Development (NPD) and SQDCE metric development. Drive improvements in quality procedures, product design, and manufacturing processes. Provide training on APQP, problem-solving, MSA, capability studies, and related tools. Mentor and develop quality team members. Collaborate cross-functionally across multiple sites and engage with customers and suppliers. Maintain a safe work environment and support continuous improvement efforts. Travel up to 25%. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of quality or engineering experience preferred. Lean Six Sigma practitioner; Black Belt preferred. Experience with APQP, statistical process techniques, failure analysis, and process validation. Proficiency with MS Office, data analytics tools (Excel, MiniTab, PowerBI, SQL), and quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, AS9100). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead change, multitask, and work across sites.
