AH Laser AestheticsHours are as follows:Monday 8:30am-5pmTues 10am-6:30pmWed 8:30am-5 pmThurs 10am-6:30pmSat 7:30am-2pmPosition SummaryThe Front Desk Coordinator at AH Laser Aesthetics is the first impression of our brand. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, organized, and elevated experience for every patient. The ideal candidate is warm, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing hospitality with efficiency in a fast-paced medical aesthetics practice.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Experience & Hospitality Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival Create a calm, welcoming, and polished front-office environment Ensure patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their visit Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing front desk areaScheduling & Communication Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments efficiently Manage phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and courteously Educate patients on services, packages, and promotions (within scope) Communicate pre- and post-visit instructions clearly Escalate clinical or complex concerns to appropriate providers or managersFinancial & Administrative Duties Collect payments, process packages and memberships, and issue receipts Review balances, deposits, and cancellation policies with patients Reconcile daily payments and maintain accurate financial records Maintain patient demographics and documentation in the EMROperational Support Prepare charts and ensure consent forms and intake paperwork are completed Support smooth clinic flow by coordinating with providers and laser technicians Assist with inventory tracking and front desk supply organization Help with end-of-day closing tasks and clinic readinessTeam & Brand Support Uphold AH Laser Aesthetics brand standards and patient experience Assist with onboarding and cross-training of new front desk staff Take initiative to improve front desk workflows and systems Use downtime productively (follow-ups, confirmations, organization, learning systems)Skills & Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational ability Professional appearance and demeanor Comfort with technology (EMR, scheduling software, phone/text platforms) Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy environment Prior medical aesthetics, medical office, or high-end customer service experience preferred recblid fixfmb48f1km9q951dley4zoe55e1q
