ABOUT THE ROLE The Digital Content Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor is the primary QA lead for the Dunkin' Owned Digital ecosystem. This role ensures that all digital content-spanning web, mobile app, email, landing pages, banners, and additional digital expressions-is accurate, functional, accessible, and production-ready before deployment. This position focuses on Owned Digital QA from intake through execution, including technical validation, workflow oversight, and content readiness checks. You'll partner closely with Client Relations, Creative Services, Digital Production, Email Ops, CRM, and Studio Operations to deliver error-free, on-brand digital experiences for Dunkin' guests. In addition to digital QA responsibilities, this role supervises a team of proofreaders who support copy accuracy across marketing assets for all six brands. WHAT YOU'LL LEAD & OWN Digital Content Quality Assurance (Owned) Lead the end-to-end QA process for Dunkin' Owned Digital across web, app, and email. Conduct functional, visual, and content QA including: Link validation UX flow verification Device/browser responsiveness testing Accessibility checks Accuracy of offers, prices, images, and CTAs Perform pre-launch and post-publish validation to ensure readiness and accuracy across platforms. Log, track, and communicate defects; guide resolution with Digital teams and cross-functional partners. Technical QA & Platform Validation Execute QA within tools and platforms used across Owned Digital (e.g., CMS systems, Paytronix, Figma prototypes, QA environments). Validate image specs, file optimization, alt text, metadata, naming standards, link structures, and other technical requirements. Ensure content adheres to channel-specific standards and platform limitations. Content Readiness & Workflow Gatekeeping Own the "ready-for-deployment" gate for digital assets. Confirm deliverables meet technical specs, versioning rules, accessibility requirements, and structural accuracy prior to routing or deployment. Partner with Studio Ops and digital channel owners to ensure smooth traffic hand-offs. People Leadership Lead a team of proofreaders who support copy accuracy across all marketing assets and brands, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand standards. Manage bandwidth, utilization, and day-to-day workflow for the proofreading team. Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and professional development to elevate team performance. Process, Tools, & QA Systems Stewardship Enhance QA checklists, SOPs, testing scripts, and documentation for digital content. Partner with Client Relations, Creative Services, and Studio Operations to refine workflows that support speed, quality, and accuracy. Recommend improvements to reduce rework and increase consistency across digital surfaces. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Creative, Digital Product, CRM/Email Ops, and Brand teams to align on requirements and standards. Serve as the subject matter expert for digital QA best practices across Dunkin' Owned Digital. Communicate risks, blockers, and quality concerns proactively. WHAT YOU BRING Experience 4+ years in digital QA, digital production, content operations, or similar roles; agency or in-house studio experience preferred. Experience supervising, mentoring, or leading workflow for a team. Digital QA Expertise Strong understanding of digital QA methods, defect tracking, and multi-device testing. Familiarity with CMS platforms, prototypes, pre-deployment QA environments, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG). Technical Acumen Comfortable validating technical details, specs, metadata, and deployment requirements. Ability to troubleshoot issues alongside Creative, Digital Product, or Development teams. Operational Rigor Skilled in queue management, workflow prioritization, and ensuring on-time delivery. Builds simple, repeatable processes that drive consistency. Leadership & Communication Coaches proofreaders effectively, sets clear expectations, and holds teams accountable to quality standards. DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY Has approval authority over digital QA readiness and technical validation steps.
