Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be the backbone of our logistics, splitting time between driving, operating equipment, and managing the yard Heavy Haul Driving: Safely operate semi-trucks and flatbeds to transport materials and heavy equipment to job sites Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment, truck-mounted cranes, and bucket trucks Load Securement: Properly strap down and secure heavy loads for safe transport Yard Management: Organize materials, keep the yard clean/safe, and manage inventory labeling Fleet Readiness: Perform pre-trip inspections, check fluids, and keep trucks clean and prepped for the crew Logistics: Receive and inspect deliveries, load/unload trucks, and refuel equipment QualificationsLicensure: Must have valid CDL A License AND a standard Driver's License.
