Front Desk Representative Goldfish Swim School is seeking qualified applicants for a Front Desk Representative at our location in Norwood, MA. Job Summary: The Front Desk Representative promotes quality customer service, processes sales and registrations, and is responsible for representing the company in a positive image as they will lead in growing Goldfish Swim School's member base. Duties and Responsibilities: Greets visitors and checks students in on the computer system. Discusses membership options with prospective families and register new students. Answers incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner, direct inquiries and messages to the proper staff member. Assists members with purchases of merchandise and vending. Prepares student schedules for instructors and schedules private parties. Resolves customer concerns/complaints using a professional approach and follow-up. Provides occasional administrative support for management personnel, including the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. Fulfills other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Employer. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred. One year of previous customer service and/or administrative office experience. Intermediate computer skills required with knowledge using Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills. In-person and Phone Sales experience Work environment: While performing this job, the employee is sometimes exposed to heat and humidity. Noise level is usually moderate. Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
