Job Description Lead education and commercial projects from inception through completion. Work directly with leadership to drive growth across Indy - president and VP. Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety. Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools. Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement. Deliver projects ranging from $20M+ within a strong, $500M+ pipeline. The Successful Applicant 5-10+ years of commercial construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction across commercial, education, or healthcare sectors. Proven ability to run projects valued at $20M+ while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients. Skilled in Procore, MS Project, and other project management tools. Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
