Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - Home Health MLR is partnering with a respected local health system to fill full-time, permanent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions. Patient Observation: Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their condition to the supervising nurse or physician. Clinical Procedures: Assist with clinical tasks such as wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and more. Daily Living Support: Help patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance. Documentation: Accurately document patient care, treatments, and observations in electronic medical records (EMR). Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - Home Health Qualifications: Licensure: Active LPN license in South Carolina. Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
