The Role This is a senior, clientfacing Production Project Manager role supporting one of ICP's key global clients. The role combines highvolume, alwayson production delivery with daytoday client leadership. While much of the work is repeatable and operational in nature, the client relationship requires a PM who can lead conversations with confidence, challenge briefs constructively, and own difficult moments when pressure is high. The work is highvolume and fastpaced, often driven by large media plans and centrally briefed requests. The PM is the primary daytoday face of ICP for the client, working in partnership with London based PD and Client Partner. The role requires confidence to: Run senior status calls Make judgement calls without constant escalation Push back on unrealistic timelines or scope Clearly own issues when things go wrong and present solutions The PM is responsible for daytoday project delivery and client interaction across agreed scopes of work and adhoc briefs, working closely with the Londonbased Project director, and escalating commercial, strategic or relationshiplevel matters as required. Key Responsibilities Client leadershipAct as the daytoday client lead for production work Run regular status calls with confidence and authority Present clearly to senior client stakeholders Translate client briefs into executable production plans Challenge briefs, timelines, or assumptions when required Own issue management, including acknowledging mistakes and proposing solutions Production deliveryManage endtoend delivery of highvolume digital, video and display assets across multiple markets Interpret media plans and Airtablestyle inputs accurately Brief internal studios clearly and protect them from late or unclear requests Oversee workflows across multiple markets and time zones Ensure quality, accuracy and consistency across all outputs Maintain strong documentation, tracking and reporting Judgement & escalationMake informed decisions independently where possible Know when to escalate to the Project Director or Client Partner Balance client satisfaction with operational reality and team protection What we're looking for EssentialSenior Production PM experience in an agency, studio, or inhouse production environment Proven experience being the primary client contact on demanding accounts Confidence running senior client calls and managing pressure Strong judgement and ability to push back diplomatically but firmly Experience handling highvolume, repeatable production work Nice to haveFamiliarity with Airtable, Figma, Celtra or similar platforms Experience working across multiple markets and time zones Someone who exemplifies our ICP Values: Curious: Always learning, eager to explore endless possibilities.
