Hospitalist Physician

Location: AdventHealth Riverview Organization: Pioneer Medical Group Start Date: Upon completion of credentialing (approximately 4 5 months) About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Daytime Hospitalist to join our team at AdventHealth Riverview. This is a daytime hospitalist position with no night shifts, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while providing excellent patient care. Compensation & Schedule: 15/16 days per month (183 shifts/year): Base salary $255,000 18 days per month: Base salary $301,000 Option to pick up additional shifts for extra income RVU and quality incentives, paid monthly with a 60-day delay Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance CME allowance 401(k) with employer match Malpractice coverage with tail assistance Responsibilities: Manage a daytime patient census of patients on average Work alongside an APP who assists with daily admissions No procedures or codes required Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and patient management Qualifications: Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalist experience preferred but not required Why Join AdventHealth Riverview?
