Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient individual to be deployed onsite with our customer. This role will serve as a key liaison between the customer and internal teams, focusing on performance engineering, technical project management, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will drive new initiatives, ensure alignment with customer goals, and deliver high-impact solutions. Required Skills: Should have strong experience in Performance Engineering, cloud optimization, capacity planning. Should have development background in Java for tuning and optimization Should have strong performance monitoring skills using Dynatrace/AppDynamics Should have experience in performance testing process in agile methodologies Should have good communication, leadership and presentation skills Proven experience in performance engineering, technical project management, or business/technical analysis. Strong understanding of system performance metrics, profiling tools, and optimization techniques. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment. Experience with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred). Prior experience in a consulting or onsite customer engagement role. Ecommerce domain
