Position Type: Volunteers/Building Volunteer Date Posted: 5/19/2025 Location: District Wide There are two deadlines to apply to volunteer for the 25-26 school year.September 30, 2025, and January 31, 2026. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please complete the application online by the deadline dates to be eligible to volunteer. Any volunteer applications received after September 30th will be processed for the 2nd semester. Any volunteer applications received after January 31st will not be processed for this school year. Note: Volunteers are not District Employees Once the online application is completed, you will then receive an email with the information below to be submitted. Due to the number of volunteers registering, please allow upto 10 days to receive this email. Note: If you volunteered last school year, only complete the forms noted with asterisks (). If your clearances have expired, you will be sent a separate notification. Tuberculosis Test Results Required if you volunteer 10 hours or MORE a week Results must beless than one (1) year old. TB Test Results remain active if there is no break in service. OR if applicable - TB Test EXEMPTION: volunteers less than ten (10) hours a week. An electronic signature is required, and a copy will be on file. DASD Policy No. 916 Volunteer Read and sign. DASD Confidentiality Statement Read and sign. Act 34 PA Criminal History Record Check Website: Please select "Volunteer" as purpose of request/clearance. Cost: One free volunteer criminal history check every 5 years. Expires 5 years from request date. Act 151 PA Child Abuse Clearance Website: Please select "Volunteer" as purpose of request/clearance. Cost: One free volunteer child abuse history check every 5 years. Expires 5 years from request date. Act 114 FBI Fingerprint Clearance Website: Service Name: Pennsylvania PDE - Volunteer Access Code: 1KG6ZJ Cost: $25.55 Expires 5 years from request date. OR if applicable - Provide an FBI Disclosure Statement - an electronic signature is required, and a copy will be on file. (to be provided each year)
