Maintenance Technician II - Part-time

Princeton Property Management is seeking an experienced part-time Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Jailens Pointe, a brand-new lease-up community in Vancouver, Washington. This role is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional with property management experience who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in maintaining high community standards. This position will start off part-time at 2 to 3 days per week and could lead to full-time within a year. Pay: $28 to $32 per hour, based on experience $85 phone reimbursement monthly Bonus opportunity Responsibilities include: Apartment turns Minor electrical and plumbing repairs Grounds maintenance Supporting the team with daily maintenance needs Requirements: Property management maintenance experience Knowledge of general maintenance, including electrical and plumbing Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment What is needed from you: Experience in property or apartment maintenance is required, including minor electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily. Maintain common, garbage dumpster and trash receptacle areas. Complete apartment turns. Complete resident maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area. Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
