Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Number of Openings 1 Pay Rate $70,000 - $100,000 Base & Bonus Req Number MAN-25-00002 DescriptionWhy This Role Matters As Assistant Spa Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of the Frisco branch. You will support membership and injectable sales growth, oversee the client consultation and follow-up process, and coach the consulting and concierge team. You will also help ensure operational excellence, team development, and a culture rooted in service and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Sales and Membership Growth Lead and track daily sales performance for VIP memberships, injectables, and treatment packages Coach consultants to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets Analyze sales KPIs and adjust strategies to increase conversion, upgrades, and retention Consultation and Client Experience Ensure all consultations are conducted with professionalism, education, and a results-oriented mindset Oversee follow-up communication to optimize rebooking and long-term engagement Oversee client feedback channels (reviews, surveys), address concerns proactively, and share insights with leadership to improve service Act as a role model for delivering 5-star service and compassionate client interactions Injectables Oversight Coordinate scheduling and support for Nurse Practitioners and medical providers performing injectable treatments Monitor injectable KPIs and ensure efficient provider utilization Manage injectable product inventory and ensure readiness for daily schedules Team Leadership and Training Support hiring, onboarding, and training for consulting team members Lead daily huddles, provide coaching and feedback, and maintain team accountability Champion Novuskin's brand values-education, compassion, professionalism-through active role modeling and development initiatives Conduct regular 1:1s and team check-ins to reinforce culture and performance goals Operations and Administrative Support Assist with scheduling, staffing, supply ordering, and reporting Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and improve SOP adherence Ensure branch compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and operational standards Fill in for the Branch Manager when needed and maintain seamless daily operations Schedule Flexibility Must be available for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and select holidays, to meet client needs and support branch operations Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary with generous bonus structure Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits Complimentary treatments and generous employee discounts Career development through in-house training and advancement opportunities Position RequirementsRequired 2+ years in a leadership or sales management role in a med spa, wellness, beauty, or luxury service industry Experience with consultative sales and membership-based business models Strong understanding of injectable treatments and the aesthetics industry Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills Proficiency in CRM or POS platforms (Zenoti experience preferred) Preferred Prior experience leading a med spa team or managing consultation-based sales Passion for aesthetics, skin health, and client success Strong coaching ability and a team-first mindset EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
