MCA Submissions Specialist

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMerchant Cash Advance (MCA) | Direct Capital Fund | Hollywood, FL (On-Site)$30/hour | Full-TimeWe are seeking a MCA Submissions Specialist to oversee the flow of deals from intake through funding. This role plays an important part in maintaining an organized, accurate, and steady submission process within a structured sales environment.Role OverviewYou will manage the submission process from application intake to lender submission and funding confirmation. This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate clearly across departments.You’ll work closely with sales representatives, funding partners, and internal team members to ensure files are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.Key Responsibilities Convert merchant applications into internal format with accuracy Review supporting documentation for completeness and compliance Manage e-signature workflows (DocuSign or similar) Submit complete application packages to designated lenders Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (HubSpot preferred) Track deal stages and funding progress Serve as a liaison with lenders during the review process Follow up on outstanding documentation and requests Communicate deal updates clearly to internal stakeholders Perform final quality checks prior to submission and funding What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in submissions, lending, brokerage, sales operations, or a related field MCA or alternative finance experience strongly preferred Strong CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) Excellent organizational and data entry skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment Professional communication skills with both internal teams and external partners Comfortable maintaining process standards while building positive working relationships We value individuals who take initiative, work efficiently, and contribute to a collaborative, professional environment.ScheduleMonday–Thursday: 9:00am–6:00pmFriday: 9:00am–3:00pmIf you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy supporting a high-performing team in a fast-paced financial services environment, we’d love to hear from you.Company DescriptionDirect Capital Fund is a fast-growing financial services firm built by experienced operators and sales professionals.
