Street Sweeper Operator - CDL & Non-CDL

Pay: $18–$25/hour (based on experience & skill set) We are currently hiring Street Sweeper Operators (CDL and Non-CDL) to operate a variety of roadway and parking lot sweepers. This role is ideal for dependable operators who take pride in their equipment and understand working safely in traffic environments. Equipment Operated Tymco sweepers Schwarze sweepers Bucher sweepers (Highway, roadway, shoulder, and parking lot sweeping) Job Responsibilities Operate street sweepers safely and efficiently on highways, roadways, and parking lots Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections Conduct basic daily maintenance (fluids, brooms, water systems, hopper checks, greasing, etc.) Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical issues promptly Follow traffic control plans, safety procedures, and job instructions Maintain a clean and professional work environment Requirements CDL preferred but not required (Non-CDL positions available) Experience operating street sweepers or similar heavy equipment preferred Knowledge of sweeper operation and basic mechanical awareness Ability to work nights, early mornings, weekends, and variable schedules Must be reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently Valid driver's license and clean driving record What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience ($18–$25/hr) Steady work with opportunity for growth Well-maintained equipment Training available for the right candidate
