Registered Nurse (RN) Highlights • The pay for this position is $46.00-$50.00 per hour • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) • Onsite position with up to 50% travel (New Orleans and Lafayette) • This position is a full-time contract with potential for extension) Responsibilities • Provide competent nursing care in a safe, consistent manner • Deliver telephonic triage and symptom management to patients • Provide patient education focused on diabetes and cardiovascular disease • Utilize standardized protocols for medication management, refills, and prior authorizations • Conduct medication reconciliation and maintain accurate documentation in EMR • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to implement and monitor care plans • Participate in care team meetings to discuss patient care and clinic operations • Support preventative care initiatives and hospital/ED diversion efforts • Perform point-of-care testing, specimen collection, and phlebotomy as needed • Delegate appropriate clinical activities to care team members • Ensure exceptional patient experience through responsiveness and respectful care Requirements • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana or Compact State (must be in good standing) • 3–5 years of RN experience (clinic setting preferred) • BLS Certification • Strong computer skills and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience • Excellent communication and patient education skills • Ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction • Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills • Positive attitude and professionalism • US work authorization Benefits Available • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
