Sr. Gateway Manager Job Category: Field Operations Location: Chino, CA 91710, USA Full-Time Description Essential Functions: Operational Management Team Leadership Carrier & Vendor Coordination Performance & Reporting Process Improvement Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Other Skills and Abilities: Experience managing high-volume gateways or consolidation hubs. Familiarity with TSA, IATA, and CBP regulations. Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification is a plus. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in air freight operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of international air freight regulations, customs procedures, and gateway operations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in logistics systems (e.g., CargoWise, SAP, or similar platforms). Physical Requirements: Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment. Talking, hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus Professional Certifications: None California required disclosure: Salary range for this position is between USD 95,000 - 130,000 annually.
