This assignment offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art Level I Trauma Center within one of the busiest emergency departments in the country. Position Overview This fast-paced Adult Emergency Department manages over 100,000 patient visits annually and serves as the only Level I Trauma Hospital in the region. The successful candidate will provide high-quality emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population while supporting both acute and boarded patients within the department. ⚠️ Please Note: This department is unable to support first-time travel nurses. Previous travel ED experience is required. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care in a high-acuity Adult ED setting Assess, monitor, and treat patients with a wide range of emergency conditions Provide care for trauma and critically ill patients Assist with management and monitoring of ED boarder patients Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Minimum Requirements Active New York State RN License (NY License ONLY) Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience Previous Travel ER experience required Telemetry experience required Required Certifications BLS – American Heart Association (AHA) ONLY ACLS – American Heart Association (AHA) ONLY NIHSS – Preferred Tripod Partners USA Job ID #85.
