As an Employment Specialist II, you will coach, train, and support a caseload of clients, collaborate with employers and community partners, and serve as a positive, skillful representative of our organization. Position Perks & Benefits Company Vehicle Provided Company laptop and cell phone 12 Paid Holidays 10 Vacation Days + 10 Sick & Safe Days Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-paid access to mental health support (counseling sessions, legal and financial resources) 403(b) Retirement Plan with Company Match Health Savings Account (HSA) with Company Match What You'll Do Support a caseload of 40+ clients, including assessments, skill training, job placement, and follow-along services Receive referrals and coordinate employment-related activities Complete and maintain client documentation per licensing and accreditation requirements Transport clients as needed Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, employers, funders, co-workers, and community members Develop knowledge of multiple industries and maintain a professional network Use technology to ensure timely and accurate communication Work independently while contributing effectively to a team Track employment progress and outcomes with strong attention to detail What You'll Need to Succeed High school diploma/equivalent + two years of related work experience, preferably with individuals with disabilities OR Degree in human services/social services + minimum one year of related experience Experience with group facilitation and 1:1 training (preferred) Sales or customer service experience (preferred) Strong self-management and organizational skills Understanding of basic business concepts and workplace expectations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Proficiency in computer-based office software Sensitivity and respect for individuals with disabilities Must live within 15 miles of Burnsville Valid driver's license & reliable transportation Ability to pass a MN DHS background check Why Join Us?
