We are currently seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Building Maintenance Technician on the 1st shift. The shift runs from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and the pay is $22.80 per hour. Full-time employees are also eligible for monthly performance incentives. In addition to the responsibilities outlined below, we are looking for candidates who have experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as pallet jacks and forklifts, along with basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication. Role Purpose: Responsible for general maintenance of the building and facilities, including water, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems. Key Responsibilities: Maintain HVAC systems. Perform minor repairs related to plumbing and electrical issues. Execute preventative maintenance programs. Provide maintenance for material handling equipment to ensure reliable operation. Conduct general carpentry work on structures including floors, walls, and doors. Ensure all safety equipment is operational. Document maintenance tasks upon completion. Respond to security and alarm calls as required. Required Education and Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance. High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
