As a fulfillment associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are accurately processed and shipped on time. You'll contribute to streamlining order entry, administration, and shipping processes to deliver exceptional customer service. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to begin a career in supply chain operations by supporting the team and learning foundational skills. Key tasks include accurately entering orders into the system, performing order administration tasks, assisting with preparing packages for shipment, coordinating with third-party vendors for order fulfillment, supporting inventory checks and reporting any discrepancies, maintaining operational documents and records, assisting in demand planning under supervision, ensuring customer service standards are met, responding to basic customer inquiries, and helping with general administrative duties as needed. You're a great fit if you have a high school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred, proficiency in using order entry systems, ability to maintain accuracy in order processing, basic understanding of customer service principles, effective verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage time and prioritize tasks, willingness to work collaboratively with team members, understanding of inventory checks and reporting, and ability to maintain and organize operational documents.
