Warehouse Associate III (2nd Shift)

2nd Shift Warehouse Associate NSI Industries is seeking a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Sandshell Drive Distribution Center in Fort Worth, TX. This is a full-time, second-shift position (3:00 PM 11:30 PM) supporting our dynamic and fast-paced operations. Responsibilities: Uses handheld scanner to read order to ascertain size, color, and quantity of merchandise Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves May work alongside collaborative robots (cobots) as part of the order pulling process Picks customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is packed and meet standards Carries or transports completed orders to the shipping audit station for final inspection and packing with material handling equipment Cross-train in Shipping Department to assist with outbound activities (audit orders, process shipments, etc.) Operates any material handling equipment safely and efficiently as required May assist in placing incoming items into inventory Basic Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions Must be able to lift 40 lbs. repeatedly Must be able to stand for extended periods of time this is a stand-up position Must be able to visually distinguish detail, color, and other characteristics of material and objects Finger/wrist dexterity to work effectively on computer keyboard or grabbing/packaging product Ability to exchange information with co-workers and work as part of a team Benefits: NSI Industries offers a competitive salary, performance-based and attendance bonuses for certain roles.
