OverviewKessler Rehabilitation Center and Dignity Health - Select Medical Hospital Based Outpatient Position: Assistant Recruiter - Human Resources Department Location: 1050 Wall Street West Lyndhurst, NJ 07071 Pay Range: $20-25 hourly Step into the world of corporate recruiting! As the Assistant Recruiter, you will gain a solid understanding of all recruiting functions while putting your communication, creative marketing and relationship building skills to work! Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple divisions (NJ and Las Vegas) Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and the company website Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information Assist with reference checks and onboarding efforts Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates throughout the hiring process Participate in hiring events and career fairs. Travel may be required. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR team Qualifications High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred Recruiting or HR experience preferred Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines and in a fast-paced environment required Ability to utilize and learn ICIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and various job boards such as Linked In and Indeed required Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills required Additional DataKessler Rehabilitation Center is committed to having a workforce that reflects diversity at all levels and is an equal opportunity employer.
