As a member of the Workday human capital team, you will focus on delivering exceptional consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. Your role involves analyzing client requirements, implementing HCM software solutions, and providing comprehensive training and support. By working in this vital area, you will help clients optimize HR processes and improve talent management. As a leader, you'll foster a motivating environment that inspires high-quality work. You'll coach and empower team members, harness their unique strengths, and ensure we exceed client expectations. Your growing understanding of business dynamics will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities that drive our firm's success. The Opportunity As part of the Workday HCM Lead team, your primary responsibility will be to lead the HCM Core workstream, backed by experience from at least three successful Workday implementations. In your managerial capacity, you will drive project success, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff effectively. Your leadership style will motivate others to produce quality work while ensuring adherence to our strategic goals and standards. You are expected to embrace innovation and technology to continually improve project outcomes and maintain meaningful client relationships. Responsibilities Manage client accounts and ensure project success. Mentor and develop junior staff, promoting their growth. Leverage team strengths to meet and exceed client expectations. Execute strategic planning while upholding exceptional standards. Utilize technology and innovative solutions to optimize project results. Build and maintain meaningful partnerships with clients. Display integrity and authenticity in all professional interactions. Assess business processes to identify areas for improvement and enhancement. What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree. 6 years of relevant experience. Workday Pro certification(s). What Sets You Apart Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, or Computer and Information Science preferred. Workday Services functional certification(s), particularly in HCM Core and/or Engagement Manager certification. Proven experience leading the HCM Core workstream with a minimum of three successful Workday implementations. Expertise in gathering business requirements through discovery and design workshops. Experience leading functional discovery and design sessions and providing recommendations based on best practices. Ability to manage touchpoints with related Workday functional modules. Experience supervising teams to create a culture of trust and accountability. Demonstrated ability to coach staff and provide timely, constructive feedback. PwC is an equal opportunity employer. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
