Licensing Coordinator

Job Title This position coordinates product development, packaging, collateral, and marketing approvals with all licensors. Primary responsibility is to interface with multiple internal and external departments to ensure all appropriate licensor approval requirements are met in a timely basis, to maximize sales and minimize potential breaches on licensor contracts. Primary Duties Maintain data accuracy in all appropriate systems, both internal and external systems (Licensor portals, JDE, Qlik, JDE, Barley Snyder, etc.) Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure all sourced product meets licensors requirements (i.e., factory has acceptable audit, all substrates pass appropriate standard testing, country of origin is approved by licensors) Manage all licensor sampling requirements, and ensure appropriate samples are received and approved in a timely basis Assist Licensing Director with extensions and expiring contracts as needed Assist Licensing Director in effectively communicating licensor restrictions to appropriate internal departments (product formats, territories, retailer, channel restrictions) Complete licensor required ad hoc reporting, on an as needed basis Conduct annual and semi-annual internal audits to ensure all appropriate approvals are up to date and on file Requirements High school diploma, GED or college degree; preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer skills Working Conditions General office environment
