Job Overview The Advanced Customer Support team of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services is in search of an experienced consultant, preferably with a background in Software, Services, or AMP vertical markets. This position allows for a home-office setup and involves moderate travel. Oracle NetSuite is transforming how we engage with our valued Customers. Our Advanced Customer Support (ACS) offering is our first umbrella subscription service aimed at providing ongoing functional and technical ERP support. This role plays a pivotal part in the initial phases of this service, backed by our renowned SuiteReview methodology. With over one thousand Customers already engaged and a surge in new enrollments, we are expanding our team in North America to meet this growing demand. If you're passionate about helping Customers maximize their NetSuite investment and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, strategic environment, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Identify and document customer NetSuite value gaps using our proprietary SuiteReview methodology. Develop strategies to address these gaps and reach consensus with Customers. Assist customers in addressing their most critical gaps. Design solutions for complex business needs, collaborating with our Technical Services (TS) team for configuration, integration, and technical components. Define precise functional requirements for automations and integrations with NetSuite. Collaborate with the TS team to create and unit test automation and integration solutions. Conduct quality reviews of deliverables from other team members. Enhance your product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications. Work collaboratively with other ACS teams including TS, Product, General Business, LCS, and Support. Adhere to internal processes focused on exceeding Customer expectations. Preferred Qualifications: 6+ years of relevant experience in Software, Services, or AMP vertical markets. Solid experience in NetSuite ERP Financials implementation or administration; experience with competing ERP offerings is also valuable. Familiarity with Revenue Recognition compliance under ASC606. A proven track record with optimizing Order to Cash processes with customers. 4+ years experience in an external consulting role with regular interactions with C-suite executives. Experience in defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations. Excellent communication skills. Adept at evolving customer business processes based on leading practices. Commitment to enhancing Customer satisfaction. Demonstrated experience in project and team leadership. A finance or accounting background is an asset. NetSuite ERP Consultant or similar product certifications are advantageous. Willingness to travel modestly as required. Travel: Up to 25%, as appropriate This role involves direct interaction with customers across North America, necessitating professional-level English proficiency. French proficiency is preferred for candidates located in Quebec but is not mandatory.
