Duties Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production. Assemble, weld, polish, package, or inspect products according to company standards and specifications. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet required standards. Load and unload raw materials, finished products, and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and accidents. Communicate with team members and supervisors to address issues or concerns. Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and tools. Adhere to production schedules and meet daily/weekly output goals. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management. Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required). Prior experience in metal manufacturing or factory environment is a plus. Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills. Work Environment Fast-paced manufacturing environment. May involve exposure to noise, dust, or heat. Standing and moving for long periods during shifts.
