Geneva, New York — Finger Lakes Region $85,000 – $100,000 based on experience | Full-Time, Days | Direct Hire | Relocation assistance available The Opportunity This Nurse Manager role places you at the center of care delivery for a Special Needs Unit within a Long Term Care skilled nursing facility in the scenic Finger Lakes region of New York. Reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team—CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and Unit Clerks—while driving quality outcomes, patient safety, and a resident experience built on dignity and compassion.
