About the Role As a Senior Consultant specializing in Digital Risk for Power & Utilities, you will be instrumental in guiding our clients through their risk landscapes. Our mission is to provide innovative solutions that enhance regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. You will work closely with clients to foster trust and confidence in their regulatory frameworks and industry standards. Your Key Responsibilities Lead initiatives that focus on regulatory compliance and operational enhancements in the Power & Utilities sector. Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across operational processes. Manage and motivate risk and controls project teams to ensure our solutions adhere to industry best practices. Collaborate with clients to identify challenges and deliver customized compliance solutions. Provide expert insights into regulatory requirements and emerging industry trends. Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement. To Qualify for the Role You Must Have A bachelor's or master's degree. At least 5 years of experience in the Power & Utilities industry or related consulting experience. Proven expertise in regulatory compliance and operational processes, particularly in Work Management, Asset Management, or Utility Accounting. Strong leadership skills to effectively manage project teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Willingness to work beyond standard hours and possess a valid passport. Ideally, You'll Also Have A degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field. Desirable certifications including PMP, Six Sigma, CPA, and others. Non-certified hires must pursue certification to be eligible for promotion to Manager.
