About the Role As a Nurse Practitioner at Matrix, you'll play a crucial role in conducting thorough health assessments and improving care quality. You will spend up to an hour with each member, gathering vital health information in ways that standard office visits often miss. Key responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive assessments in various settings, including home visits and Skilled Nursing Facilities. Administering and ordering necessary tests, while ensuring accurate documentation in line with Matrix guidelines. Collaborating with physicians, social workers, and family members to deliver holistic care. Educating patients and facilitating follow-up care in partnership with their primary healthcare providers. Competitive Compensation: Earn $90 - $115 per assessment, which adds up to potential monthly earnings of $1,800 - $11,500, depending on your availability and workload. Qualifications Master's Degree or equivalent experience with a current NP license, including prescriptive authority. Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., AANP, ANCC). Minimum 1 year of NP experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification. Valid driver's license and automobile insurance meeting state requirements.
