Exciting Opportunity for an Ophthalmic Technician!Job Description:- Join a dynamic vision center team dedicated to providing exceptional eye care! - Be an integral part of our patient care experience as you: - Greet and schedule patients with a warm welcome - Perform essential diagnostic and eye function tests, including: - Clinical optics, ocular motility, visual fields - Keratometry, topography, A-Scans, and Schirmer test - Assist ophthalmologists with a variety of office surgical procedures - Administer topical medications or diagnostic drugs as needed - Ensure accurate and thorough charting of patient information - Prepare exam rooms and maintain a clean, efficient environment - Benefit from our supportive and collaborative work culture!Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment - Experience with Optos technology - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA and ARC) - Must be flu vaccinated (no exemptions/no declinations)Preferred Qualifications:- Graduation from an accredited program for Ophthalmic Technicians - Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COT)Work Environment:- Day shift: 5 days a week (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) - 1 Saturday shift per month from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatricsWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
