Supply Chain Analyst The Supply Chain Analyst is the heartbeat of our order-to-delivery cycle. You aren't just "entering orders"; you are the conductor of the production orchestra. By managing the lifecycle of a purchase orderfrom initial quote entry to load planning and final shipmentyou ensure that our customers get exactly what they need when they need it. We need a high-energy "juggler" who can move from technical data entry to high-stakes production scheduling without missing a beat. Key responsibilities include: Order & Demand Stewardship: Own the entry and validation of Purchase Orders and quotes. Manage mass price changes and NPIs (New Product Introductions), ensuring that every revision change is captured so we build to the latest specs. The Blueprint for Flow: Create and release job orders to the floor. Monitor labor reporting and prioritize work orders to ensure the shop floor is always working on the right part at the right time. Customer & Production Diplomacy: Act as the primary bridge. Negotiate "move outs" and expedites with customers while simultaneously coordinating internal priorities with the production team to balance capacity. Logistics & Load Planning: Lead load planning, generate BOLs and labels, and maintain an accurate shippable inventory to ensure our logistics run as efficiently as our machines. Performance Analysis: Proactively monitor open orders to kill bottlenecks before they happen. Own the OTD (On-Time Delivery) metrics, turning data into actionable improvements. Professional experience required: Experience: 3+ years in supply chain, planning, or customer service within a manufacturing environment. You understand how a shop floor breathes. Systems Expertise: High proficiency with ERP systems (Syteline/Infor CSI experience is a major win) and customer portals. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you must be comfortable "holding the line" with customers while supporting the production team. The ideal character: The Juggler: You thrive in the "organized chaos" of manufacturing. You can shift from a detailed price audit to a logistics crisis without losing your cool. The Perfectionist: You have an "eagle eye" for revisions. You know that producing the wrong revision isn't just an errorit's a wasted day of production. The Problem Solver: You don't just report a delay; you find a way to reshuffle the schedule or coordinate a shipment to make it work. The Communicator: You can translate a complex production delay into a professional customer update, maintaining credibility and trust at every turn.
