Talent Marketing Specialist ColonialWebb is seeking a data-driven, creative Talent Marketing Specialist to lead recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives that attract top talent across skilled trades and leadership roles. This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, talent acquisition, and workforce strategy - building scalable, high-impact campaigns that create a predictable pipeline of Service Technicians and other critical positions that power our continued growth.
