Overview An exciting opportunity is available for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Hematology Oncology Physician to join an established cancer care team in Colorado Springs, CO. This role offers a flexible 4-day work week, strong multidisciplinary support, and outreach opportunities to rural communities, providing meaningful impact in underserved areas. Practice Highlights • Join an established team of 12 physicians and 8 APPs with full multidisciplinary support • Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology care in clinic and affiliated settings • Outreach required approximately 6 days per month to Lamar, CO and Trinidad, CO • Collaborative environment with nurse navigators, social workers, and oncology specialists • Physician-led medical group focused on innovation and patient-centered care • EPIC EMR system implemented across the network • Flexible 4-day work week model • Limited shared call responsibilities Candidate Requirements • Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology REQUIRED • Colorado Medical License (must obtain prior to start) REQUIRED • Active DEA License (must obtain prior to start) REQUIRED • Willingness to travel to rural outreach clinics approximately 6 days per month REQUIRED • Visa sponsorship is NOT available • Passion for rural outreach and delivering equitable oncology care Schedule & Coverage • Full-Time Permanent Position • Flexible 4-day work week • Outreach to rural clinics approximately 6 days per month • Limited call schedule shared among providers • Primarily outpatient practice Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $489,000 $543,000 annually • Quality and productivity bonus opportunities • Relocation assistance available • Paid malpractice coverage • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, disability, life) • Retirement plans including 403(b) with employer match and optional 457(b) • Generous CME allowance • Paid time off and paid family medical leave • Additional benefits including FSA, HSA, wellness programs, and employee discounts Why Colorado Springs, CO?
