Salesforce Test Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Have knowledge on Sales force FSL testing and other Sales force modules • Have knowledge on electric domain • Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects of varying size. • Perform testing on various software, telecom and reporting systems. • Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process. • Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable. • Have knowledge on various testing mythologies like functional, regression ,E2E etc • Working knowledge on Jira and QC Roles & Responsibilities Salesforce: • Have knowledge on Sales force FSL testing and other Sales force modules • Have knowledge on electric domain • Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects of varying size. • Perform testing on various software, telecom and reporting systems. • Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process. • Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable. • Have knowledge on various testing mythologies like functional, regression, E2E etc • Working knowledge on Jira and QC Test Strategy & Execution: • Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases applications. • Ensure comprehensive functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing. • Validate APIs, services, and map layers through manual and automated test cases. • Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent application performance. • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and teams to align testing activities with project requirements. Defect Management & Quality Assurance: • Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, HP ALM, or similar tools. • Perform root cause analysis and defect triaging, ensuring timely resolution. • Ensure compliance with QA best practices, testing standards, and utility industry regulations. • Provide test progress reports and key metrics to stakeholders. Test Automation & Tosca Exposure: • Contribute to test automation initiatives where applicable, particularly in API testing and workflow validation. • Exposure to Tosca or other automation tools for improving test efficiency. • Support automation efforts for repetitive validation tasks, though manual testing remains the primary focus. Stakeholder & Team Management: • Lead and mentor a testing team, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing. • Coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and offshore units to execute test cycles smoothly. • Engage in client discussions, requirement analysis, and testing sign-offs to ensure business expectations are met.
