BI Reporting Analyst IV

Responsibilities A client with Kforce is seeking a BI Reporting Analyst IV to join their team in Mountain View, CA. This position is open to remote. Skills Demonstrated cross-functional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to independently lead Weekly Business Reviews, campaign deep-dives, ad hoc analyses, and metric development to support channel activation and end-to-end funnel optimization Advanced hands-on expertise in SQL and data pipeline optimization, including performance tuning, efficient data modeling, and scalable data processing Proficiency in Tableau (or similar BI tools) to design, develop, and maintain dashboards that enable effective, data-driven decision-making Strong analytical foundation, exploratory data analysis, and data mining to solve complex business problems and generate actionable insights Ability to translate analytical findings into clear recommendations and scalable solutions through effective stakeholder partnership and alignment Sales data experience, Operation data experience, experience with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops team Experience analyzing Events and Webinar data is a plus Strong communication, business insights, stakeholder management Statistics background preferred The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
