Dean of Enrollment Management Student Success Rhode Island College Rhode Island College invites applicants for the position of Dean of Enrollment Management. This is a full-time, calendar year, continuing position. Rhode Island College is seeking a strategic, forward thinking enrollment leader to join the institution at a pivotal moment of growth and momentum. As the College experiences renewed energy and strengthening enrollment outcomes, we invite a dynamic, results driven professional to serve as Dean of Enrollment Management. Reporting to the Vice President of Student Success, the Dean provides visionary leadership for all enrollment related functions, including Admissions, Enrollment Services, Financial Aid, and the Registrar. This role leads the development and execution of an integrated, data informed Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) plan that advances equitable access, student success, and institutional sustainability. The Dean of Enrollment Management will collaborate closely with academic and administrative partners across campus to build on recent progress, strengthen recruitment and retention pipelines, and enhance the student experience across the full enrollment lifecycle. Leveraging analytics, innovation, and a student centered mindset, the Dean plays a critical role in shaping the College’s next chapter—aligning enrollment strategy with the College’s mission and Strategic Compass. Founded in 1854, Rhode Island College is a distinctive regional college personalizing education for undergraduate and graduate students. The college serves approximately 6,600 undergraduate and graduate students through its five schools: The Faculty of Arts and Sciences, the Feinstein School of Education and Human Development, the School of Business, the School of Nursing and the School of Social Work. The 180-acre campus is located in beautiful, historic Providence, Rhode Island’s capital, with excellent proximity to the academic and cultural resources of Boston and New York City. Required qualifications: Master’s degree Seven or more years of progressively responsible leadership in admissions and enrollment management. A record of accomplishment leading teams to meet and exceed enrollment and retention goals. Experience in financial aid modeling and strategies, budgetary and personnel responsibilities, strategic planning, data management, and program development. Preferred qualifications: Bilingual in English / Spanish (fluent in speaking and writing). Willingness to learn and implement new technologies and implement software integrations and migration as needed.
