Company Overview PFP Logistics is a third-party (3PL) Staffing Company that works in Warehouses' Shipping and Receiving Departments across the nation. We are contracted to staff and manage the following positions: Loading and Unloading, Equipment Operators, Order Selection, Pallet Re-Stack, Labeling, and Facility Sanitation. Position Overview Work closely with our Director of Recruiting, Training & Account Development to support day-to-day recruiting operations and office initiatives. You'll also gain exposure to sales support, people operations, and workplace safety programs. Schedule + Pay Mon-Friday Flexible (approximately 15-25 hours per week, Monday-Friday). Compensation: $15-$18/hour (depending on experience) Internship-to-hire potential for the right candidate. Responsibilities Assisting with associate-level recruiting: reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, phone screens Supporting onboarding processes such as background checks, new hire paperwork, and orientation scheduling. Collaborating on training and employee engagement projects. Providing administrative support for sales, HR, and safety program initiatives Participating in internal projects and team events to support company culture. Requirements Current college student or recent graduate (majors in HR, Business, Communications, or related fields preferred). Strong communication, organization, time management, and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office. A self-starter with a professional attitude, eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
