HRIS Analyst - Mexico

Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for an HRIS Analyst help support and enhance a modern, multi-platform HR technology landscape including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central), UKG Workforce Management, and SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP). If you're passionate about configuration, data integrity, user support, and driving system improvements, this role is for you. The HRIS Analyst provides both day-to-day application support and project-based delivery across our HR systems. This role is heavily focused on SuccessFactors Employee Central, including role-based permissions, workflows, data quality, reporting, and integrations. You'll also support UKG WFM, ECP, and ServiceNow (preferred), working closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and external partners.Location: 100% remote in MexicoHourly pay rate between 15-20/hr.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Experience with Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll Ability to perform UKG configurations
