Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3040 Opportunity: PT - Physical Therapist Job Details: • Work 8-10 hour flexible day shifts • Guaranteed 40 hours per week over 13-week contract • No weekend or holiday requirements • No float requirements or on-call responsibilities • Treat 8-10 patients per day in orthopedic outpatient setting • Pediatric and workman's compensation experience a plus • Business casual attire required • Epic charting experience preferred • Master's degree in Physical Therapy required • Required certifications: BLS and Wisconsin PT license • NPI number required (must begin application process if not currently held) • General PT/Ortho skills required; new graduates welcome • Must be hard-working, resilient, and manage change well • Ability to work independently and complete tasks timely • Must reside within 50 miles of facility • Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours • May be placed on call for low census with 2-hour minimum call back pay Facility: This healthcare facility provides comprehensive medical services with a focus on orthopedic outpatient physical therapy.
