Education Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree with an ASCP/AMT certification preparatory course. Certifications Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
