In our Connected Supply Chain division, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations, fostering visibility and collaboration across the entire value chain. Your responsibilities will include working closely with clients to evaluate their supply chain processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and crafting strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. You will harness technology and data analytics to establish a connected, agile supply chain network. As a leader, you will inspire and motivate your team to achieve exceptional outcomes, offering coaching to help team members leverage their unique strengths while managing performance to meet client expectations. Your deepening understanding of business dynamics will be essential in spotting opportunities that contribute to our firm’s success. Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree Required Fields of Study: Accounting, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Health Administration, Industrial Engineering Minimum Years of Experience: 5 year(s) Preferred Qualifications: Degree Preferred: Master of Business Administration Certification(s) Preferred: APICS, APICS CSCP, APICS CPIM, ISM CPSM, ISM CSM, ISC CPSD Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Experience in designing and implementing Kinaxis technology for measurable results. Understanding demand planning and forecast development and their effect on inventory and costs. Ability to present complex analytics clearly regarding supply chain performance. Strong skills in quantitative analysis, critical thinking, and detailed management within the scope of supply chain performance. Additionally, successful candidates will demonstrate: Knowledge of Kinaxis planning and control tower tools. Understanding of demand planning processes. Experience in managing demand and supply across various sectors. Skills in inventory management to optimize costs while maintaining service levels. Ability to align supply plans with corporate objectives. Insight into S&OP processes and associated KPIs. Experience in assessing and enhancing supply planning processes. Capabilities in implementing supply chain network, materials, and capacity planning optimization. Proficiency in executing global inventory management strategies. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, and location. All hires are eligible for a discretionary bonus.
