Reach Truck Operator

Reach Truck Operator/ General Warehouse We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to support warehouse operations in Acworth, GA. This position requires proven, hands-on experience operating reach trucks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The operator will be responsible for safely moving, storing, and retrieving materials from high racking while maintaining accuracy and safety standards. This role is for an evening shift, with weekend shifts available. Key Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operate reach trucks to transport, stack, and retrieve materials Place and remove product from high rack locations with precision Load and unload trailers and staging areas as needed Accurately store inventory according to warehouse locations and procedures Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all OSHA and warehouse safety guidelines Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as required Required Qualifications: Minimum of 12 years of recent reach truck operating experience (required) Valid reach truck/forklift certification or ability to obtain certification Strong knowledge of warehouse safety practices Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods High attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) Working Conditions: Warehouse environment with varying temperatures Full-time schedule: overtime may be required during peak periods If you or someone you know is interested, please give us a call and apply today! 770-383-9908
