RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents under RN supervision or physician orders. Administer medications and treatments as directed, adhering to facility policies. Measure and record residents' vital signs, monitoring changes diligently. Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and dignity. Provide basic wound care and other medical assistance as allowed. Collect specimens for lab tests per physician orders. Document residents' status accurately and communicate findings promptly. Maintain open communication with residents, families, and healthcare teams. Follow infection control protocols and uphold high care standards. QUALIFICATIONS: Valid LPN license in Connecticut. Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program. CPR/BLS certified as required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and organized, with effective time management abilities. Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environments preferred.
