Your Role: As a Mobile HVAC Maintenance Specialist at JLL, you will be responsible for the operation, inspection, and maintenance of all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned facilities. This vital position ensures equipment operates safely and efficiently, minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance and timely repairs. Your efforts will significantly contribute to our dedication to excellent facility management for our clients. Your Daily Tasks Will Include: Conducting ongoing preventive maintenance and responding to repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Maintaining, operating, and repairing HVAC systems, electrical distribution equipment, and plumbing systems. Carrying out facility inspections and reporting critical conditions affecting client occupancy and operations. Responding promptly to facility emergencies and after-hours building activities as needed. Preparing and submitting reports detailing work conditions and recommending corrective actions. Keeping up-to-date with building automation systems, fire/life safety systems, and other related equipment. Adhering to safety procedures while ensuring clean and safe work areas, identifying and proposing solutions for safety hazards. What You Need to Succeed: Universal EPA 608 Certification. A minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, particularly in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repair and maintenance. A valid state driver's license, maintainable throughout employment. Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 ft. Availability to perform on-call duties and overtime as necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of MEP/HVAC system design and application. Experience managing work orders with CMMS technology. Background in service-related roles within commercial facilities. Participation in ongoing training seminars and professional development opportunities. Location: Onsite, supporting the Omaha City, NE market Work Shift: Day shift This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
