IDR is seeking a Business Analyst - eMedNY SSA to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Albany, NY. This role is integral to supporting a state government healthcare modernization project, focusing on Medicaid systems and large-scale claims platforms. Position Overview for the Business Analyst - eMedNY SSA: Document detailed business and technical requirements for the eMedNY SSA Review and assess the existing eMedNY contract to identify improvement areas and pain points Draft KPIs and measurable business outcomes aligned with project goals Support stakeholder meetings to gather feedback on requirements and SSA content Support cost estimation development for the SSA and produce high-quality documentation Requirements for the Business Analyst - eMedNY SSA: 8+ years of experience supporting large-scale healthcare solutions and/or healthcare modernization initiatives 3+ years supporting enterprise systems or projects Strong experience eliciting, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements in structured client environments Proven ability to produce high-quality, grammatically correct written deliverables, including scope narratives and procurement documentation Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, capturing feedback, and documenting decisions and action items What's in it for you?
