As a Product Manager focused on Coinbase One, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of this program. Your primary focus will be on the CB1 Experience team, where you will enhance member retention and benefit activation. Following the achievements of our inaugural Member Week, you will play a pivotal role in launching scalable Member Events and implementing strategies that underscore the value of membership for our most loyal customers. Your Key Responsibilities: Own the product journey: Lead the vision, strategy, execution, and delivery of your product area. Shape the future of CB1: Define and implement a long-term vision for the member experience, transforming initial concepts into impactful results. Lead cross-functional teams: Set clear objectives across various workstreams while fostering collaboration among engineering, design, and marketing teams. Master the metrics: Identify and track essential metrics for product areas, utilizing insights to prioritize your roadmap effectively. Partner for impact: Collaborate with teams across Coinbase, including trading, financial services, and growth, to bring substantial company initiatives to fruition. Balance and prioritize: Navigate complex stakeholder objectives while maintaining focus on high-impact projects. What We Are Looking For: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in loyalty programs or the FinTech sector. Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Proven experience in developing product strategy and aligning it with senior stakeholders. Ownership Mindset: A recognized ability to overcome obstacles and lead teams to successfully launch complex initiatives. Experimental DNA: A background that highlights the importance of experimentation and data-driven decision-making. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with loyalty programs or consumer membership products (e.g., Amazon Prime, Amex). A genuine interest in crypto-centric experiences and the vision for an on-chain future. Compensation Transparency: Depending on your work location, the target annual base salary for this position ranges from $180,370 to $212,200 USD. Full-time roles at Coinbase also include bonus eligibility, equity opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
