Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active New Hampshire or Compact Physical Therapy License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification from AHA or ARC is Required Minimum 2+ years current PT experience Outpatient Ortho experience is Required PT Oncology experience is Required EPIC experience is Required Expro experience is Required Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital Shift: Days Weekend Requirements: Holidays required if needed Location Highlights Keene, NH, offers a blend of scenic beauty and urban charm.
