Participate in specimen collection while preparing and processing samples for a multitude of tests. Keep detailed documentation of all procedures, provide training to new staff or students, and contribute to sustaining the lab's quality benchmarks. Education Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health discipline, alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certifications Needed ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of hire. Maintain your certification throughout your tenure with us.
