This position offers a dynamic leadership role as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) overseeing pharmacy operations with a focus on home infusion services. The PIC is responsible for ensuring the pharmacy meets its objectives, maintains financial stability, and implements strategic growth plans. This role demands strong management skills, regulatory compliance, and the ability to provide 24-hour guidance to staff, even though the primary schedule aligns with day shifts.
